A huge selection of very affordable properties will be featured at the 2013 MNP Property Showcase, which will be held at Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Gurney Drive Penang on 28-29 June.

As properties in Penang are quite expensive, MNP will showcase auction and second-hand properties located in the island and in Seberang Perai. This means the houses that will be auctioned off are highly discounted and a great bargain. Nevertheless, they will also be of good quality.

With its tagline “We Put Your Auction FEAR to rest”, licensed auction firm MNP also aims to educate buyers on the advantages of auction sales, as many are in the dark on what it is all about, said it’s Managing Director Mr. Stephen Soon.

People are missing out on good bargains because they do not spend enough time to understand how an auction works. They are also unaware that buying a house by way of competitive bidding is a brilliant move, explained Stephen, who is also Chairman of Penang Auctioneers Association.

With MNP’s hands-on guidance, buyers will surely enjoy the bidding process. The property showcase will serve as an eye-opening experience for newbies to learn about auctioning.

Meanwhile, the event will also feature a LIVE Auction Fair, where visitors will get to witness how bargain hunters compete for their dream home or a good investment. In addition, the property showcase will also be graced by experts who will hold talks and seminars to provide guests with first-hand property knowledge and investment tips.

Furthermore, MNP will give out many freebies, including IKEA products to 25 early bird visitors each day and lucky draws will also be conducted where visitors stand to win the grand prize of an Apple IPad Mini.
